A new long term exhibit in the exhibit hall will tell the background story of the East Troy area for all who visit the museum and its exhibits. Each year students from area schools come to the Kubicki Heritage Center to view exhibits and learn about East Troy’s past. This long term exhibit will tell the background story, so that all the other special exhibits can highlight special topical memories for the museum’s visitors to enjoy. The long term exhibit will bring artifacts out of storage, and new artifacts will periodically be rotated in and out to keep the exhibit interesting to repeat visitors.
The ETAHS is interested in adding locally significant items to the publicly accessible information, photo and artifact collections to be preserved and shared with the community. If you have anything that you believe may be a historically significant donation (either original or reproduced), please contact us or bring it in when the museum building is open.
